Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYCE1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,424 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYCE1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRTFDC1, HIP1, and TRIM2. Each is linked with SYCE1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCE1L-to-partner and partner-to-SYCE1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYCE1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYCE1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
