Across TCGA patient cohorts, SVOP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,169 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SVOP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, PRODH, and GRK3. Each is linked with SVOP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVOP-to-partner and partner-to-SVOP results are reported.
