Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SVOP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,951 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SVOP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP54, COX15, and GPR180. Each is linked with SVOP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVOP-to-partner and partner-to-SVOP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP54 grouped by SVOP-low versus SVOP-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SVOP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SVOP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
