Across TCGA patient cohorts, SVOP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SVOP-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, S6_pS235_S236, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with SVOP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVOP-to-partner and partner-to-SVOP results are reported.
