Across TCGA cell cohorts, SVOP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SVOP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CT47A6, NLRP9, and CRYBA4. Each is linked with SVOP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVOP-to-partner and partner-to-SVOP results are reported.
