SVEP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SVEP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,264 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SVEP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX9, MYLK, and MYO1C. Each is linked with SVEP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVEP1-to-partner and partner-to-SVEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SVEP1 versus SNX9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SVEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SVEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
