SVEP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SVEP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,492 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SVEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEIS3, DCN, and SRPX. Each is linked with SVEP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVEP1-to-partner and partner-to-SVEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SVEP1 versus MEIS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SVEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SVEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
