SVEP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SVEP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,580 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SVEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA12, MRPL18, and PIMREG. Each is linked with SVEP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVEP1-to-partner and partner-to-SVEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA12 grouped by SVEP1-low versus SVEP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SVEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SVEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
