Across TCGA cell cohorts, SVEP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,558 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SVEP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Positive regulation of translation, and Translational initiation. Each is linked with SVEP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVEP1-to-partner and partner-to-SVEP1 results are reported.
