Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SVEP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 587 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SVEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CATSPER4, ATP5ME, and IL22. Each is linked with SVEP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVEP1-to-partner and partner-to-SVEP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CATSPER4 grouped by SVEP1-low versus SVEP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SVEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SVEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
