SV2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SV2C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SV2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, PRAS40_pT246, and XBP1. Each is linked with SV2C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SV2C-to-partner and partner-to-SV2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by SV2C-low versus SV2C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SV2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SV2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
