SV2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SV2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SV2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR3D, C6, and PRR27. Each is linked with SV2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SV2C-to-partner and partner-to-SV2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTR3D grouped by SV2C-low versus SV2C-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SV2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SV2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
