SUZ12P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUZ12P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,761 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUZ12P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIN3A, LIG3, and PRPF8. Each is linked with SUZ12P1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUZ12P1-to-partner and partner-to-SUZ12P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUZ12P1 versus SIN3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUZ12P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUZ12P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
