SUZ12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUZ12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,274 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUZ12-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF2C, GINS1, and MCM3. Each is linked with SUZ12 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUZ12-to-partner and partner-to-SUZ12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUZ12 versus KIF2C in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUZ12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUZ12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
