Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUZ12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,241 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUZ12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP427, SIGLEC30P, and SLC25A4. Each is linked with SUZ12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUZ12-to-partner and partner-to-SUZ12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP427 grouped by SUZ12-low versus SUZ12-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUZ12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUZ12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
