SUZ12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUZ12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUZ12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAX, OR4E2, and KDM4E. Each is linked with SUZ12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUZ12-to-partner and partner-to-SUZ12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAX grouped by SUZ12-low versus SUZ12-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUZ12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUZ12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
