SUV39H1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUV39H1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,089 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUV39H1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, ECT2_T359, and KIF11_T926. Each is linked with SUV39H1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUV39H1-to-partner and partner-to-SUV39H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUV39H1 versus SMC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUV39H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUV39H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
