Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUSD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,457 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUSD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASGRF2, TGFB3, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with SUSD5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD5-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUSD5 versus RASGRF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUSD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUSD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
