SUSD4

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUSD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUSD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ1, SPATA48, and ACSM2B. Each is linked with SUSD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD4-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD4 results are reported.
