SUSD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUSD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,074 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUSD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EVL_S246, NFATC2, and FNBP1. Each is linked with SUSD3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD3-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUSD3 versus EVL_S246 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
