SUSD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUSD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 199 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUSD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX7, TRMU, and CST9L. Each is linked with SUSD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD3-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUSD3 versus CBX7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
