SUSD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUSD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,088 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUSD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1A, ASMTL, and PLEKHH3. Each is linked with SUSD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD3-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1A grouped by SUSD3-low versus SUSD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
