Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 281 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMRTB1, GNGT1, and OR2M3. Each is linked with SUSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD1-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD1 results are reported.
