SUPT7L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPT7L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,630 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUPT7L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23B, CAD, and CPSF1. Each is linked with SUPT7L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT7L-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT7L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUPT7L versus SEC23B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
