Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUPT7L RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SUPT7L data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher SUPT7L RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUPT7L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and ESCA show a favorable association.
LIHC, ACC, and BLCA are the cancer types where SUPT7L RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
