Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPT7L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,379 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUPT7L-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXRED2, ZNF18, and PSMC3IP. Each is linked with SUPT7L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT7L-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT7L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUPT7L versus FOXRED2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
