SUPT7L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPT7L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUPT7L-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with SUPT7L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT7L-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT7L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by SUPT7L-low versus SUPT7L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
