SUPT7L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUPT7L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,773 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUPT7L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of organelle assembly, Protein localization to cytoplasmic stress granule, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with SUPT7L in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT7L-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT7L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of organelle assembly grouped by SUPT7L-low versus SUPT7L-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
