Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUPT7L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,658 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUPT7L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB32, OPTN, and CYTH3. Each is linked with SUPT7L in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT7L-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT7L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUPT7L versus RAB32 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
