Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUPT7L protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,204 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUPT7L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of plasminogen activation, Positive regulation of substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading, and Fusion of virus membrane with host plasma membrane. Each is linked with SUPT7L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT7L-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT7L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of plasminogen activation grouped by SUPT7L-low versus SUPT7L-high in URINARY_TRACT.
