SUPT6H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPT6H RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,290 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUPT6H-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRNKL1, ZNF830, and WDR5. Each is linked with SUPT6H in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT6H-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT6H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUPT6H versus CRNKL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT6H→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT6H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
