SUPT20H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPT20H RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,055 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUPT20H-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDS5B, ZMYM2, and HMGB1. Each is linked with SUPT20H in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT20H-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT20H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUPT20H versus PDS5B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT20H→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT20H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
