Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPT20H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,821 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUPT20H-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP21, NLE1, and PARP1. Each is linked with SUPT20H in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT20H-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT20H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUPT20H versus USP21 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT20H→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT20H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
