Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUPT20H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,762 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUPT20H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, and Post-transcriptional tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery. Each is linked with SUPT20H in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT20H-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT20H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal protein import into nucleus grouped by SUPT20H-low versus SUPT20H-high in KIDNEY.
