SUPT16H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPT16H RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,774 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUPT16H-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, TTC5, and TRMT5. Each is linked with SUPT16H in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT16H-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT16H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUPT16H versus SSRP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT16H→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT16H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
