Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPT16H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,230 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUPT16H-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1IP1, PARP2, and HAUS8. Each is linked with SUPT16H in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT16H-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT16H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUPT16H versus CCNB1IP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT16H→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT16H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
