Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPT16H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,492 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUPT16H-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ1, GEMIN4, and TIMM44. Each is linked with SUPT16H in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT16H-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT16H results are reported.
