SUPT16H

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUPT16H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 187 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUPT16H-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPVL1, WFDC1, and OR11H1. Each is linked with SUPT16H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT16H-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT16H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPVL1 grouped by SUPT16H-low versus SUPT16H-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT16H→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT16H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
