SUOX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUOX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,209 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUOX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AHCYL1, RBM47, and EHBP1L1. Each is linked with SUOX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUOX-to-partner and partner-to-SUOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUOX versus AHCYL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
