Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUOX mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha_pS118, Heregulin, and JNK2. Each is linked with SUOX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUOX-to-partner and partner-to-SUOX results are reported.
