SUN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,109 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FOXK1, PURB, and CCDC88B_S597. Each is linked with SUN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUN1-to-partner and partner-to-SUN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUN1 versus FOXK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
