SUN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,552 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMED4, RHBDF1, and RBFOX2. Each is linked with SUN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUN1-to-partner and partner-to-SUN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUN1 versus TMED4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
