SUN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Kit, 4E-BP1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with SUN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUN1-to-partner and partner-to-SUN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Kit grouped by SUN1-low versus SUN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
