Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,578 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic telomere clustering, Meiotic attachment of telomere to nuclear envelope, and Meiotic telomere tethering at nuclear periphery. Each is linked with SUN1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUN1-to-partner and partner-to-SUN1 results are reported.
