SUN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 312 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAT1, CPN1, and SAXO1. Each is linked with SUN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUN1-to-partner and partner-to-SUN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAT1 grouped by SUN1-low versus SUN1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
