SUMO2P6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,494 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO2P6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDDC3, EVL, and ARHGEF2_S143. Each is linked with SUMO2P6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2P6-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2P6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P6 versus HDDC3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2P6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2P6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
