Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,178 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUMO2P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZSCAN21_S157, CXADR, and AKAP12. Each is linked with SUMO2P4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2P4-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2P4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P4 versus ZSCAN21_S157 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
