SUMO2P15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2P15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,314 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO2P15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, NME1, and NRP1. Each is linked with SUMO2P15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2P15-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2P15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P15 versus AGO1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2P15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2P15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
