SUMO2P13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,568 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO2P13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CFDP1, RIOK1, and GOLM1_T255. Each is linked with SUMO2P13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2P13-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2P13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2P13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2P13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
