SUMO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,751 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBAP2L, SPIN1, and ARID2. Each is linked with SUMO1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO1-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO1 versus UBAP2L in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
